Where do you ship?
We ship to all areas within Australia.
International orders are accepted and posted out via Australia Post.
How long does an order take to arrive?
Delivery times vary, however for NSW allow 3 - 5 business days.
Regional areas allow 5 - 7 business days for your order to arrive.
During November and December, delivery times may take longer.
International orders allow 7 - 10 days.
All orders are posted out via Australia Post. The parcel is registered and trackable.
What do I do if I don’t receive my order?
We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you. If you have not received your order within 7 - 10 days of placing it, please contact us.
Returns
What items are eligible for return?Faulty, damaged products are eligible for return. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange replacements etc.
How much is the return shipping fee?
Should an item need to be returned we will provide you with a prepaid parcel post bag in which to return the item.
Free Postage on orders OVER $100.00 within Australia
Delivery Fee for orders UNDER $100.00 is $10.00 within Australia
Delivery Fee for outside of Australia is $25.00.
Please note we are not responsible for customs charges etc.
